Invitation of RFQ for Domestic Air Ticket

RFQ # GHSC-PSM-NPL-RFQ-035; Domestic Travel Agency Service for domestic air ticket

Chemonics International, in its capacity implementing the USAID Global Heath Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project, is soliciting proposals from eligible and responsible Nepali travel agency for domestic air ticket. GHSC-PSM in Nepal is an official program of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Contract No. United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Contract No. AID-OAA-I-15-00004; Task Order 3: No. AID-OAATO-15-00010; Task Order 4: AID-OAA-TO-16-00018.

The purpose of GHSC-PSM (the project) is to ensure the uninterrupted supply of health commodities in the last mile of service delivery points. The purpose of this RFQ is to seek the proposal for the domestic air ticket.

Eligibility Criteria: The firm must submit the following documents for minimum eligibility.

1. Firm/ company registration certificate
2. Copy of PAN/VAT registration certificate
3. Latest tax clearance certificate (B.S. 2076/77)

Instructions: Interested companies who meets eligible criteria below may request RFQ at PSMNepalProcurement@ghsc-psm.org. Questions or requests regarding the technical or administrative requirements of the RFQ shall be submitted in

writing to the following email addresses: PSMNepalProcurement@ghsc -psm.org. The deadline for request of RFQ and for submission of questions is 3:00 pm local Kathmandu time by Friday, May 28, 2021. No phone calls are entertained.

Deadline: Proposals should be submitted based on the guidelines listed in this RFQ. Proposals and all correspondence and documents relating to the offer shall be in English. The electronics proposals must be sent by email to PSMNepalProcurement@ghsc-psm.org no later than 5:00 pm local Kathmandu by Sunday, May 30, 2021.
