RRPK are partner NGO of WVI Nepal working in Sikai + Project, Rautahat We are going to procuring the following items through open tender process with having specification and quantity as be below, hence it invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” to supply it.

1. Interested bidders may obtain a bidding document from 02 Nov 2025 to 16 Nov 2025 by upon the submission of email request to: procurement.sikai@rrpk.org.np along with electronic copy of PAN/VAT certificate, tax clearance certificate and business profile and any others legal documentations.
2. All bids accompanied by a bid Security (2.5% of quoted price) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 04:00 PM on 16 Nov 2025 in the address given below. Bids will be opened at RRPK office Chandrapur, Rautahat in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on the 18 Nov 2025.
3. The bidder shall furnish a bid security (Refundable), from "A" class commercial bank with a minimum of 2.5% (Refundable) of the total quoted bid amount inclusive of VAT. Which shall be valid for 45 days beyond the validity period of the bid. The selected bidder's bid security will be released once the item is delivered and satisfy. However unsuccessful bidders bid security will be released within 7 days once the procurement decision is completed. Failure to deposit the bid security will lead to disqualification. Bank Guarantee document are only the valid forms of bid security, cheque submitted bids will not be processed further or accepted.
4. Sample shall be required as per the instructions and specifications mentioned in the bidding document. If sample is not as per specification mentioned in the bid document will disqualify and will not proceed for further process.
5. NGOs can establish a one-year long term agreement with the awarded bidder. Quantity of goods mentioned in RFQ document is only for reference quantity can be increased after agreement.
6. RRPK reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this ITB as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
