SOSEC Nepal was established in 1997 as a non-profit service provider for the greater improvement of the socio-economic and cultural conditions of the backward people living in the rural communities of Nepal. The organization has been implementing various projects/programs with the cooperation and support of various agencies to improve the social, economic, and cultural status of the backward communities living in the rural communities of Karnali State and various districts of the Far West and Lumbini provinces. The organization has been conducting its activities based on the following Thematic Areas: (a) Against Inequality (Social Justice), (b) Resilient Livelihoods, (c) Safe and Save Life, (d) WASH and Nutrition, (e) Life skill & Inclusive Education, and (f) Children Prosperity. SOSEC Nepal has been adopting the policy of protection/security of women and children and zero tolerance against corruption.

1. Position: Program Officer – 1 Positions

Contract Duration: Long-term position, Renewal on an annual basis
Direct reports to: Executive Director
Report to this position: Project Officers and Field Staffs
Qualification: BPH Degree of development sector, with at least 4 years of work experience in project management and I/NGO;
Benefit: Salary/ PF/Gratuity/Insurance/Festival Allowance
Budget Responsibilities: As per the SOD/Project Agreement

2. Position: Community Health Assistant (Health System Resiliency Project) - 3 Female Only

Duty Location: Dungeswor RM, Narayan M & Naumule RM
Contract Duration: Long-term position, renewal on an annual basis
Direct reports to: Head of Program/Executive Director
Report to this position: N/A
Qualification: Completed a Pre-Diploma in health or related fields (such as HA, Staff Nurse, ANM, etc.). field of development sector, with at least 3 years of work experience in project management and I/NGO;
Benefit: Salary/PF/Gratuity/Insurance/Festival Allowance
Budget Responsibilities: As per the SOD/Project Agreement
