KIRDARC Nepal is an NGO dedicated to Human Rights, Peace Building, Media and Development in Karnali Zone since 1999. It works with a mission to enable Karnali people to claim and exercise their rights for poverty reduction and improved livelihoods through their organization, research, policy advocacy and judicious resources mobilization. It has been implementing various project/programs with the funding support of different partner organizations.

KIRDARC Nepal is an NGO committed to promoting the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through initiatives in human rights, democracy, and good governance. Focusing on building the capacities of right holders, duty bearers, and civil society, it aims to foster inclusive growth and equitable development, working toward a just and prosperous society where people have access to and ownership of resources.

In partnership with Plan International, KIRDARC Nepal will implement the “Improving Learning Environments to Promote Equitable Access to Basic Education for Children in Kalikot (Sudhar Project)” across three local bodies in Kalikot District: Raskot Municipality, Sanni Triveni Rural Municipality, and Narhari Nath Rural Municipality. KIRDARC Nepal is seeking qualified, dynamic, and motivated Nepali citizens for the following full-time positions to support project implementation in these areas.

1. Position Description: Senior Project Coordinator – 1 Position (Based in Raskot Municipality, Kalikot District under the Sudhar Project)

Academic Qualification and Experience: Master’s degree in education or Sociology related fields with at least 4 years’ experience or bachelor's degree with at least 7 years’ experience on working with education project. Willingness to work in a remote rural community.

Key Skills and Knowledge Required: The candidate should have good knowledge of Nepal’s education system, social mobilization, and project management, strong documentation and reporting skills, experience in construction-related projects, and proficiency in presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and basic computer applications.

2. Position Description: Finance and Administration Officer - 1 Person (Based in Raskot Municipality, Kalikot District under the Sudhar Project)

Academic Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management with at least 1-2 years of work experience in similar position.

Key Skills and Knowledge required:- The candidate should have experience with FAMAS software and funding agencies, strong skills in MS Office, logistics, and program management, and the ability to handle financial and administrative tasks. Knowledge of local laws, a results-oriented attitude, and willingness to work in remote areas are also required.

3. Position Description: Construction Overseer- 1 Person (Based in Raskot Municipality, Kalikot District under the Sudhar Project)

Academic Qualification and Experience: Sub-Engineer with at least 2 years’ experience or bachelor's degree in civil engineering with at least 1 years’ experience on working with school building construction project.

Key Skills and Knowledge required: The candidate should have prior experience in building construction, particularly in disability-friendly school buildings and toilets, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Nepali.

4. Position Description: Field Supervisor -1 Person (Based in Raskot Municipality, Kalikot District under the Sudhar Project)

Academic Qualification and Experience: The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in education with at least 1 year of experience in education or development projects, or a 10+2 qualification with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and a strong interest in working in remote areas and engaging closely with communities.

Key Skills and Knowledge required: The candidate should have previous experience in education projects, strong social mobilization and coordination skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to visit and engage with local settlements.
