A. Introduction
Visible Impact is a young women-led organization. Since 2015, it has been empowering adolescents, youth, and women to make informed choices and challenge stigma around sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), with a focus on safe abortion, menstrual health, family planning, and comprehensive sexuality education. The organization has trained over 400 youth champions and directly reached more than 55,000 people across all seven provinces through grassroots-to-federal advocacy. Its core values include upholding human rights, ensuring inclusive and meaningful youth participation, and centering feminist principles in all its work.
Visible Impact is currently implementing the Kaleidoscope Initiatives in Nepal in partnership with the Beyond Beijing Committee (BBC) and supported by the Asian-Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women (ARROW).
Kaleidoscope is a Global South–led transnational feminist collective working to transform health systems and advance reproductive justice across Asia and Africa. In partnership with governments, health institutions, civil society, and other key stakeholders, we work to strengthen health systems so that all women and girls, in all their diversity, can access high-quality, comprehensive, compassionate, and rights-based reproductive healthcare.
Grounded in feminist principles, equity, inclusion, and social justice, Kaleidoscope works to address systemic barriers and inequalities that prevent marginalized communities from realizing their sexual and reproductive health and rights. By strengthening health system responsiveness, supporting evidence-informed policies and practices, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders, we strive to make reproductive healthcare more accessible, affordable, equitable, and accountable to the needs and experiences of the communities it serves.
Our vision is a world where every woman and girl, regardless of her identity, background, or circumstances, can exercise her reproductive autonomy and access the care she needs with dignity
and without discrimination. Through stronger and more inclusive health systems, we aim to prevent maternal deaths and complications, drastically reduce adolescent pregnancies, and ensure that no one is left behind in realizing their sexual and reproductive health and rights.
