World Vision International (WVI) Nepal is a part of the World Vision International global partnership operating in nearly 100 countries. WVI started its long-term development programme in Nepal in 2001 to contribute for well-being of children. At present, WVI Nepal has long-term development programmes in 17 districts, namely Udayapur, Sarlahi, Mahottari, Rautahat, Sindhuli, Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Lamjung, Jumla, Kailali, Kanchanpur, Achham, Doti, Dailekh, Jajarkot, Banke and Bajhang across the seven provinces of Nepal.

World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal), located at Kusunti, Lalitpur‑13, intends to procure Laptops immediately, in accordance with given specification. Accordingly, we invite quotations from interested and authorized suppliers. The detailed item specifications, along with the terms and conditions for the bidding process, are outlined below: (Refer annex 1 for detailed specifications)

BID INSTRUCTION:

• Clearly specify the lead time required for delivery of each item, calculated from the date of receipt of the Purchase Order (PO)
• All Quotation shall be submitted on or before End of the Day of 31st  May 2026
• All quotations shall be submitted to npl_scmbid@wvi.org
• Offered product specifications shall be equivalent to or higher than those specified in Annex 1
• Offered product specification datasheet or catalogue should be submitted along wit bidding document.

Bidder must comply the after sales service commitment:

WVI Nepal anticipates the bidding firms to agree and provide comprehensive after-sales service support, including the collection and delivery of goods requiring repair to and from the World Vision International Nepal Offices. This service is part of our commitment to ensuring the continued functionality of and satisfaction with the supplied goods.

Terms and Conditions:

1. All Quotation shall be submitted on or before End  of the Day of 31st  May  2026.
2. All quotations shall be submitted to npl_scmbid@wvi.org
3. Quotations received after the specified date and time of the invitation will not be considered. Submission of company registration certificate, VAT/PAN certificate, and copy of latest tax payment certificate is required.
4. Quoted rate should be inclusive of all VAT and other necessary Taxes (if applicable). Applicable Taxes will be deducted at source as per Government of Nepal Rules & Regulations.
5. Delivery need to be made to KC Tower, Damodar Galli, Kusunti, Lalitpur -13 at WVIN Office. 
6. WVI Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, in whole or in part, without stating any reason. The contract will be awarded based on WVIN’s bid evaluation criteria, including technical responsiveness, full compliance with the specified requirements, and the price that best fits within the approved budget. The successful bidder(s) will be notified at the earliest possible date.
7. Quotations received in response to this RFQ will be carefully evaluated by WVI Nepal. Based on the evaluation, WVI Nepal will select one or more suppliers deemed to be fully qualified and best suited to meet the requirements. WVI Nepal also reserves the right to conduct negotiations with shortlisted service provider(s) prior to final contract award.
8. Bidders are encouraged to submit their quotations for either a single category or multiple categories, based on the nature and scope of services they can provide.
9. All delivered laptops will be inspected and diagnosed by the WVI Nepal IT team to verify that the specifications meet the required standards. WVI Nepal will only accept the goods that successfully pass the technical diagnostic tests.
10. 100% PO value to be paid upon receiving goods and undisputable invoice the submission within 30 days after received of goods and undisputable invoice, if you have any objection or expectation please write. Payment will be made via online Bank Transfer in favor of your Company.
