For

Consultancy Assignment for “Assessing Climate and Disaster Risk Mapping, Profiling and Preparation of Local Disaster and Climate Resilience Framework (LDCRF) for Jorayal Rural Municipality in Doti District of Sudurpaschim Province

LI-BIRD is implementing a 4-year project entitled ‘Strengthening Capacity of Smallholder Farmers for Resilient Livelihoods (SAKSHAM)’, funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland through FELM Nepal, in Kanchanpur and Doti districts of Sudurpaschim province since January 2022 and will be completed in December 2025. The overall goal of the project is to improve livelihoods and well-being of marginal and climate vulnerable families in Kanchanpur and Doti districts through building economic and climate resilience. As part of the project activity, the project team is planning for the assessment of Climate and Disaster Risk Mapping, Profiling and Preparation of Local Disaster and Climate Resilience Framework (LDCRF) for Jorayal Rural Municipality in Doti District of Sudurpaschim Province.

LI-BIRD requests to submit a proposal from a qualified Firms or Expert for the assessment. Please use the form/template provided in EoI document while preparing your proposal. The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) and Expression of Interest (EoI) document can be downloaded from the link below:

Proposal must be written in English language. Proposal received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Proposal that does not meet the requirements will be rejected. Proposal that meets the requirements and offer the best value for money will be selected.

LI-BIRD reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all the proposals at any time prior to awarding the contract without obligation to inform the bidder(s).
