CONSULTANT TEAM TO COORDINATE STUDY ON CLIMATE CHANGE IMPACTS IN THE HIMALAYAS
DCA hereby invites proposals from eligible Institution/organization to coordinate Study on Climate Change Impacts in the Himalayas, Causes and Impacts of the Bhotekoshi–Trishuli Disaster, Climate Justice and Loss and Damage, and Climate Diplomacy and Transboundary Cooperation.
The overall objective is to undertake an independent, evidence-based assessment of climate change impacts in the Himalayas, the causes and impacts of the Bhotekoshi–Trishuli disaster including economic and non-economic loss and damage, climate justice-related issues and opportunities for strengthening climate diplomacy and transboundary cooperation.
The assignment will generate scientific and policy recommendations to strengthen Nepal's climate resilience, disaster risk management, international climate advocacy, and regional cooperation.
The submission deadline: 30 October 2026.
