Design, Development and Deployment of “Developing web and Mobile application for online market system”

National Environment and Equity Development Society (NEEDS Nepal) invites Technical and Financial Proposals from eligible and experienced consulting firms for the design, development, testing, deployment, and initial support of “Haat Bazaar Nepal” under the SCOP-R3 Phase II Project.

Interested firms should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in web and mobile application development. The proposed team must include professionals with a Master’s Degree in Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT).

Interested firms are requested to submit:

• Technical Proposal
• Financial Proposal
• Updated CV(s) of Key Personnel
• Firm Registration Certificate
• VAT/PAN Registration Certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of relevant experience
