REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

DAI for USAID’s Tayar Nepal Project requests proposals from interested potential vendors to provide services as mentioned below:

USAID’s Tayar Nepal – Improved Disaster Risk Management Project strengthens the capacity of Nepal’s national and municipal institutions responsible for disaster preparedness and response, The project is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by DAI Global LLC (DAI). The USAID’s Tayar Nepal is seeking a firm to capture and produce videos to document the project activities in the last five years. Specifically, the project seeks service for documentation of DRRM interventions and supplemental task order activities through the production of nine short videos; one for each partner municipality (eight total) and one to show the overall project achievements.

The proposal should be submitted by email to TayarProcurementINBOX@dai.com, labelled with RFP reference #, on or before May 15, 2024, 5:00 pm, Nepal time.
