REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FROM ELIGIBLE SUPPLIERS

CARE International is a 75-year-old global confederation working to fight poverty and social injustice in the world, with a specific focus on the empowerment of women and girls. We work side-by-side with communities to understand the root causes of poverty and find innovative, locally-led solutions. CARE seeks to demonstrate the results and methodologies used in our projects to ensure transparency and accountability and advance the quality of our work. CARE has been operational in Nepal since 1978 and works in partnership with government and non-government stakeholders across the spectrum of humanitarian action and long-term development programs.

CARE Nepal, is seeking offers from eligible suppliers/vendors who are interested in supplying and delivering the following goods/services:

Interested vendors/suppliers are encouraged to obtain CARE’S standard format for each item by clicking on specific EOI no. 

The offer must be submitted with a cover letter clearly with a specific subject in the email EOI FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF “ITEM NAME” and should be sent by 15th May 2024 to npl.carenepal@care.org or should submit the hard copy to CARE Nepal office, Ekantakuna -4, Lalitpur.

Registered vendors in VAT will be considered eligible for the supply and delivery of goods and services. Eligible vendors must submit copies of organization registration or equivalent, the latest tax clearance certificate, along with renewal (if applicable); PAN/VAT, standard CARE vendor profile form, and other legal documents. 

Please note that the proposal must have a validity period mentioned in the quotation/rate and CARE encourages a period of twenty-four months.

CARE Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject all or any EOIs fully or partially without stating any reasons whatsoever.
