Recruitment Consultant
  • Prepare a recruitment plan with clear deadlines for each step and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Review applications and shortlist candidates with the committee according to the defined criteria and job requirements.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment committee to ensure timely completion of recruitment processes.
  • Organize written tests and interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Participate in the interview panel as needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive Notes for the Record (NFTR) summarizing the recruitment process, panel decisions, and final recommendations.
  • Update the recruitment database with all recruitment-related details.
  • Provide support to the People and Culture department as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Five years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with staff, recruitment committees, and external candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
  • Attention to detail in reviewing applications and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
