For the Procurement of “Supply and Delivery of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Equipment”

The Technical Support Cooperation to the School Education Sector (TECSES) project, a five-year initiative supported by the European Union and the Government of Finland and implemented by HY+, hereby invites Invitation to Tenders from eligible Bidders for the establishment of a Purchase Agreement for the Procurement of “Supply and Delivery of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Equipment”.

TECSES operates in close collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST), as well as provincial and local governments and universities, with a primary focus on the Karnali, Sudurpashchim, and Madhesh provinces. The project is committed to enhancing teacher education across Nepal, with a strong emphasis on equity and inclusion. The ICT equipment to be procured under this Purchase Agreement will be utilized to support the operational and programmatic needs of TECSES in Nepal.

TECSES hereby invites qualified Bidders to submit their tenders for the establishment of a Purchase Agreement for the “Supply and Delivery of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Equipment.”

• Date & Time: 13 April 2026 till 5:00 PM (Nepal Time) via pro.tecses@hyplus.fi email only.

Interested Bidders may obtain the Tender document as follows:

• By Email: Submit a formal request to pro.tecses@hyplus.fi 
• In Person: Can be collected the documents from the TECSES Project Office, Kathmandu.

Submission Procedure:

Bids must be submitted in the following manners:

• Physical Submission Only: In a sealed Single-Stage: Two Envelope, deposited at the TECSES Project Office, Shreedham Society, Patangry Marga, Thapathali Height-Kathmandu, Nepal.
• Last Date for Bid Submission: 23 April 2026, 2:00 PM (Nepal Time)
• Opening Date and Location: 23 April 2026 at 3:00 PM (Nepal Time) at TECSES Project Office, Kathmandu.

Detailed information is provided in the tender response documents, and interested Bidders are requested to submit all the required documents along with the Price Schedule & Specification.

TECSES project, reserves the right to accept or reject any bid either fully or partially or cancel the whole Tender process without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
