Aasaman Nepal (ASN) with the vision of happy and healthy children is currently working in 20 districts of Nepal, irrespective of geographical location. ASN has been engaged in developing and implementing programs aimed at protection, promotion, and fulfillment of child rights in Nepal with various development themes such as; Education/Child Protection, Women Empowerment, Livelihood /Natural Resource Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Health/Nutrition and Governance.

The project "Building Climate Resilience and Reintegrating Economically Displaced Workers through Climate-smart Agriculture in the Terai Flood Plain, Nepal (KOICA-GGGI CSA project)" is now in its fourth year of implementation as part of the KOICA Multilateral Development Cooperation Project, supporting people in the Madhesh province of Nepal. The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) aims to promote the widespread adoption of climate-smart agriculture to reduce vulnerability and improve food and job security, especially for women, youth, and returned migrant workers.

The project focuses on 1) improving emergency management in the agriculture sector to protect lives and livelihoods, 2) strengthening climate resilient agriculture planning and implementation, and 3) building and financing climate-smart agriculture (CSA) businesses for job creation and long-term resilient green growth.
