Welfare Association for Children Tikapur (WACT) is a non-government organization (NGO) working in the Far Western province of Nepal. It was established in 1996 in the Tikapur municipality of Kailali district, Nepal. WACT has been involved in social action since its inception, focusing on the empowerment and transformation of individuals and communities to enable them to sustainably respond to their needs on their own.

WACT is conducting a Phase-End Evaluation of its ECAT projects. WACT invites applications from interested individuals and firms to submit proposals to conduct the evaluation. The details of the proposal to be submitted are outlined in the last section of the ToR. Individuals or firms fulfilling the required experience and qualifications for the evaluation can submit the proposal, no later than January 9, 2026.
