APEIRON is a women-led NGO working for a gender equal society through four main areas of interventions: Gender Based Violence Prevention and Response, Awareness and Education, Income Generation and Institutional Collaboration. It started out as an international NGO with the headquarters in Italy on 2004 and evolved into a national NGO in 2013.

APEIRON fights against prejudice, violence, and inequalities so that women develop skills necessary to support themselves and their families. APEIRON helps women confront uphill battles, gender-based violence, restricted access to and control over resources, low literacy, struggles to obtain citizenship documents, and other social and economic challenges.

APEIRON invites your company to submit bids/tenders for the renovation of the Shelter Home building, based on the specifications, requirements, and terms and conditions outlined in this tender document. This bid aims to enable APEIRON, Baluwatar, to identify a supplier or suppliers to provide the required services under reference number APEIRON/TEN/2025/002. This tender reflects our current understanding of our needs; however, these needs may be subject to change.

Instructions for intending to respond and submitting of tenders

1. Fully completed Tenders must be returned through online to this address info@apeironnepal.org , no later than 5:00 pm on November 6, 2025.
2. Tender documents received after the closing may not be considered entirely at the discretion of APEIRON.
3. All bidders’ responses and supporting documentation will become the property of APEIRON and will not be returned.
4. APEIRON reserves the right to select any option or combination of options that best meet its business requirements and to hold discussions with any and all bidders at any time at its absolute discretion without informing other bidders.
5. This tender document is provided for the exclusive use of invited Firm/suppliers, and copies shall not be made available to any other party without written consent from APEIRON.
6. APEIRON will not be liable for any costs incurred by Firm/Suppliers in the preparation of any offers, documentation, or presentations relating to this tender.
