School Building & Toilet Construction

Rural Community Development Center (RCDC), in collaboration with World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal), intends to construct one school building and one toilet facility at Janajagriti Basic School, Besisahar-11, Lamjung District. Accordingly, RCDC invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders.

Eligibility Criteria: i) The bidder must have maintained an annual turnover of at least NPR 15 million for each of the past three consecutive years. ii) The bidder must have successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature (public building construction) valued at NPR 10 million or above within the last three years.

1. Bidders can receive an electronic copy of a complete set of bidding documents from 2nd of Dec 2025 up to 21st of Dec 2025 by 5:00 PM (Nepal time), upon the submission of application along with copy of legal documents (VAT, Registration, updated license, Tax clearance) in below email address.

2. Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Proposal and the other (ii) the Financial Proposal, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 14 and BDS 14.1 of the Bidding Document.

3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid Security amounting as mentioned in above table having validity for 60 days after the bid opening date should be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 12:00 noon of 22nd Dec 2025 in the addresses given below. Technical Proposal will be opened at RCDC Office in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend 22nd Dec 2025 by 2:30 PM.

4. RCDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without providing any reason. In addition, bidders are hereby informed that should there be any modification, suspension, or cancellation of the project or its committed budget by the donor, such changes will be duly communicated at any stage of the bidding process prior to the award of the contract.
