Expression of Interest for Vendor Listing

Ipas Nepal invites qualified vendors/suppliers to provide various goods and services for FY25 (1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025). Vendors/service providers interested to be listed in the vendor roster are requested to submit their Expression of Interest.

1. Insurance Service- Medical and Accidental Insurance of Ipas staff/dependent and insure Ipas Nepal property/equipment
2. Internet Service
3. IT Service- Annual AMC (on-call basis) for the IT support
4. Office equipment & IT hardware- Laptop, printer, LCD projector, UPS, photocopy machine, Toner/Cartridge, other IT equipment.
5. Furniture and furnishing fixtures- Supply of various furniture items
6. Maintenance services- Air conditioners, electricity, solar system and battery, online UPS,  plumbing, sewage, and carpentry
7. Printing, designing- Printing, publishing, and designing works
8. Advertisement- Advertising services
9. Transportation- Transportation of goods
10. Medical supplies- Medicines, medical and surgical supplies/equipment.
11. Office promotional items- Supply of promotional items such as bags, jackets, T-shirts, mugs, souvenirs, and other items.

Interested vendors are to submit a company profile, a copy of a valid company registration certificate, a copy of a VAT/PAN registered certificate, and the latest tax clearance documents by 15 May 2024.

Submission Procedures:

Soft Copy Submission: Submit scanned copy of documents online (email to: procurement.ipasnepal@ipas.org) with the Subject- Ipas Nepal, EOI FY25 vendor listing and mention the category you are interested in from the above list.

Ipas Nepal reserves the right to reject any submission and make the final selection decision.
