EOI for Projects Audit

CBM Global would like to invite your firm to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) along with a financial and technical quotation for providing independent audit services for multiple projects implemented by our partner organization during the period Jan to Dec 2025.

The objective of this assignment is to carry out comprehensive audits of several projects to ensure financial accuracy, compliance with organizational and donor requirements, effectiveness of internal controls, and transparency in overall project implementation.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested audit firms are requested to submit the following:

• Company profile and legal registration documents
• Valid tax clearance certificate (FY 2081/82)
• Evidence of experience in auditing multiple development or donor-funded projects
• Proposed audit methodology, work plan, and timeline
• List of key audit personnel with relevant qualifications
• Financial quotation (project-wise or consolidated), inclusive of all applicable cost
