Call for Proposals: Equipment Supply

WWF Nepal, in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forests, and Environment, invites proposals from qualified VAT-registered Nepal-based organizations to supply, deliver, install, test, and commission priority GHG measurement equipment under the CBIT Project.

The assignment aims to strengthen Nepal’s capacity to generate country-specific activity data and emission factors for CO₂, CH₄, and N₂O and support national GHG inventory and NDC reporting. The required equipment includes a multi-plot gas analyzer system with multiplexer and data integration, an eddy covariance tower with gas analyzers, sonic anemometer, data logger, tower infrastructure, and power supply, and a laser methane detector with data logging, rechargeable battery, and associated accessories. The selected supplier will also be responsible for warranty support and user training.

Interested organizations are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals, along with organization registration and renewal, VAT registration, latest tax clearance, and latest audit report, electronically to proposalsubmission@wwfnepal.org with the subject line “Proposal- CBIT Equipment” by 5:00 pm Nepal Standard Time on 11 October 2026.
