Call for Proposals: Developing an MRV IT System and Required Advisory Document

WWF Nepal is seeking a qualified consultant/firm to develop an MRV IT System Requirements and Advisory Document under the Capacity-Building Initiative for Transparency (CBIT) project, supporting Nepal to meet the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) requirements of the Paris Agreement.

The assignment will design an integrated digital MRV platform to manage and archive GHG inventory, NDC implementation, adaptation actions, and climate finance data, including interactive dashboards and system governance recommendations. The consultant will review existing systems, map institutional arrangements, develop a prototype MRV system using Nepal’s first BTR data, and prepare a phased implementation roadmap.
