Call for Proposal to Conduct Evaluation of Multilingual Education Programme (MLE) Project

CALL FOR PROPOSAL TO

CONDUCT PROJECT EVALUATION

United Mission to Nepal (UMN) has been serving the people of Nepal since 1954. In partnership with two local NGOs, Gramin Samudayik Sanstha (GSS) and Karani Community Development Centre (KCDC), UMN is implementing the Multilingual Education Programme (MLE) project in Soru and Mugum Karmarong Rural Municipalities of Mugu district. This evaluation aims to identify practical and actionable lessons learned from the implementation of project interventions. As an end-of-project evaluation, it will focus on effectiveness, impact, sustainability, lessons learned, and recommendations.

All interested and experienced consulting firms and individuals who meet the requirements and qualifications are encouraged to apply. UMN will give priority to consultants with experience in the education sector to carry out this assignment. The Terms of Reference (ToR), which outline the details of the assessment and conditions, can be accessed at www.umn.org.np/consultancy/. The application must be submitted by 25 July 2025.
