Position Overview

The Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for installation, calibration, maintenance, and technical support of medical equipment supplied by WRG Medtech. The role demands hands-on technical skills, strong communication, and a proactive attitude to ensure optimal equipment performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

·         Install, adjust, calibrate, and test new biomedical equipment.

·         Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in line with manufacturer protocols.

·         Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and carry out timely repairs.

·         Support service contract evaluation, equipment inventory management, and spare-part logistics.

·         Conduct safety and performance checks to ensure regulatory compliance.

·         Provide user training and technical guidance to medical personnel.

·         Prepare technical and service reports summarizing equipment performance and maintenance trends.

·         Maintain an adequate stock of consumables and spare parts.

Qualifications & Skills

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering (required).

·         1 year in a related field (preferably hospital or medical equipment supplier) is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.

·         Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

·         Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

·         Dynamic, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.

·         Ability to work under pressure and adapt to field conditions.

·         Independent problem solver with teamwork capabilities.
