Happy Hope English Medium School is located in Nepalgunj-22, (Puraini) Banke. It is established in 2064 BS. Happy Hope Medium School, Banke, invites applications from qualified, energetic, and experienced candidates for the following position. 

Post: Accountant-1 (One)-Female only

Job Description:

• To ensure checking & entry of all receipt, payment & journal voucher with proper supporting documents as per financial procedure
• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• To ensure proper documentation and filing 
• Chasing late payments, reporting bad and keeping a careful eye on the cash flow
• Handle all transaction related to accounts
• To check & disburse petty cash expenses & party/vendor payment
• Experience in Infox schooling software.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the payment by the customers

Require qualification

• Inter level in management with two year or bachelor level with one experience in related field. 
• Accounting, finance and business.
• Knowledge of integral account payable and journal ledger accounting system.
• Good communication skill.
• Good command in excel.
• Need to be flexible in work.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people.
