Vice Principal/Coordinator/Hostel In charge

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Vice-Principal 

(Post holder reports to: Managing Director)

• Master’s degree in any discipline
• Excellent career track record with at least 5 years as a Vice-Principal or equivalent in a Secondary School.
• He/ She should have strong administrative leadership, communication, self-initiative and co-worker balancing capabilities.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
• Must possess IT skills
• Should have pleasant personality

• To work collaboratively with all members of Staff and to communicate effectively with parents and other stake holders to achieve the desired results as directed by Principal or Director
• Develop school improvement plans with staff that aligns with the schools long and short-term goals.
• Should look after the academic of the students, coordinate with the staffs, deal with parents and plan for the development of the school.
• Build an environment that considers all aspects of wellness: physicals, nutrition, health, safety decisions and choices, mental as well as physical well beings. 
• Deal with parents, staffs and students on day to day basis. 
• Assist in the process of recruiting high quality teachers for the school.
• Plan, propose and manage staff assignments.
• Develop and implement the school master calendar.
• Commitment to the aims, objectives and values of FIBSS.

Coordinator 

(Post holder reports to: Principal)

• Master’s degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Teacher in a Secondary School.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
• Must possess IT skills
• Should have pleasant personality

• Teaching according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual students and groups of students
• Responsible for the coordination of all secondary school activities and programs
• Identifies the annual objectives for the instructional, extracurricular, and athletic programs of the school
• Marketing of the school
• Good team player/builder and ability to manage staff 

Hostel In charge  (Couple Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline 
• At least 3 years’ experience as a hostel in-charge.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
• Must possess IT skills
• Should have pleasant personality 

• Manage the hostel of the school on day to day basis. 
• Organize various activities for the students in the hostel
• Maintain family environment in the hostel
• Communicate with the parents when required and keep all the records. 
• Prepare monthly report of the hostel and report to the Principal/Director

TERM & CONDITIONS: -Fixed term contract with 6 months’ probation period. Candidates should agree to sign a contract for at least 3 years after probation period is over.
