Vendor Operations Manager

Details / requirements:
Vendor Operations Manager manages a team of 3-5 people and ensure that all vendors are well trained in our order processing systems and that they fulfill orders as per Daraz standards.
Job Description
- Manage Vendor Operations Team of 3-5 people
- Ensure smooth running of the order processing system so that the orders are processed within the standard time set by Daraz in order to provide an excellent customer experience
- Coordinate with vendors regarding day to day order processing and operations
- Enforcing vendors to fulfil orders within the set time period.
- Observe and solve the issues related to packaging standards and stock updates of items
- Coordinate with the third party logistics company to solve the issues that arise related to the assigned vendors
Qualification required
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering disciplines from top university
- 1- 2 years of experience in a managerial role in banking, consulting, sales or marketing
- Highly data-oriented and comfortable with numbers
- Proficient in Excel - lookups, pivot-table, data visualization and so on
