SABAL has over a decade of experience delivering emergency respond, crisis management, sanitation approaches and governance. Our responses focus on the needs of the most vulnerable populations, particularly, youth, adolescent, girls, women and people with special needs. Sabal Nepal, a non-profitable social development organization of Nepal is announcing Vacancy funded by Save the Children “SAMUNNATI” programme in Saptari District, Province No. 2 for the applications from interested and qualified Nepali individuals under for the following positions:

Position: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL)  Officer– 1

Qualification and experiences: Bachelor Degree or equivalent having 3 years of relevant experiences in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning  as well as documentation & data management along with Advance computer skills and fluent in speaking & report writing in English, Nepali and local languages. The Applicant should have high commitment to contribute long time in the organization will add eligibility. The advantages will be given  from statistics background.

Assignment: 30% Office based works including information updates, reporting and database management and 70% Field based work including assurance of program quality as per basis of set standards and field visit & supervision (may modify as upon program requirement).

Position: Field Officer – 1

Qualification and experiences: Bachelor in Public Health  (BPH) having 3 years of diversified experiences in relevant field, WASH, community mobilization and monitoring along with Advance computer skills & editing skills and fluent in speaking & report writing in English, Nepali and local languages.

Assignment: 10% Office based works including DATA management and 90% Field based work including training and supervision (may modify as upon program requirement).

Position: Health Supervisor – 1

Qualification and experiences: Certificate Level in Nurshing (Staff Nurse) or Health Assistant (HA) having 2 years of diversified experiences in project planning, implementation, supervision and community mobilization along with computer skills and fluent in speaking & report writing in English, Nepali and local languages. The advantages will be given  from statistics background.

Assignment: 90% field based work including implementation, management, community mobilization and quality control and 10% Office based work including reporting and district based networking and coordination (may modify as upon program requirement).

Position: SPA (Sponsorship Program Assistant) – 1

Qualification and experiences: Intermadiate or equivalent having 2 years of relevant experiences in documentation & data management as well as photography & photo management along with Advance computer skills and fluent in speaking & report writing in English, Nepali and local languages. The Applicant should have high commitment to contribute long time in the organization will add eligibility. The advantages will be given  from statistics background.

Safeguarding: We respect and follow the safeguarding policy every time. The post holder will have contact with children and/or young peoples, vulnerable communities and  stakeholders  either frequently  or intensively in the program area  because they  work for  country programs; or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing policy and  the police checking/vetting process staff.

Note: Two wheeler license are essential for all position.
