Wordinvent (wordinvent.com) is a translation and localization company providing Nepali localization services like translation, subtitles, transcription. It bridges the gap of communication through language translation. It works with world class agencies and is a trusted partner for Nepali language solutions.
Details / requirements:
The translator will translate documents mostly from English to Nepali. This person will have good command of both English and Nepali language. This person will have good Nepali typing skills including Google input tools/Unicode. This person will have positive attitude towards learning and will be actively completing translations utilizing time. The job is freelance individual contract for six months. After successful completion of individual contract, other facilities will be provided and contract will be extended as employment.
Responsibilities:
- Translate documents from English to Nepali.
- Translate/localize documents from Nepali to English.
- Subtitle videos to Nepali/English (training will be provided)
- Work assigned by the manager related to translation and services of the company.
Working Hours:
The work hour is regular 10 am to 5 pm, Sunday to Friday. However, working hours will be flexible and work from home will be allowed for few days in a month.
Note: Experience in social media marketing and English content writing are plus. Those who do not have any experience in translation, please do not apply. However, freelance experience will count.
