KIRDARC in partnership of World Vision International (WVI) Nepal is implementing "Leverage Education Access in Rural Nepal (LEARN) Project” and “Community Engagement and Sponsorship Program (CESP)” in Jumla district with the aim to improve, care and development of children within families and communities and to access Quality, safe and inclusive education for children aged 3-9 in programme areas. Thus, KIRDARC invites applications from interested candidates based in Jumla District for the following full time positions.

Training Coordinator: 1 Number

Key Responsibilities: This position will be overall responsible to manage all Capacity Building Initiatives of Education project in the respective district/ADP ensuring compliance, quality standards, Government’s policies and industry norms. The role will be responsible for ensuring that project staffs (field officers) have required technical capacity and availability of guidelines and manuals in place. Also, this position will responsible for managing relationships with sect oral key stakeholders including Local Governments. 

Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor (Masters Preferred) in Education or relevant discipline with three year of experience in Education project (preferably Early Grade Reading, School Safety, and/or Community based advocacy projects). Two years of work experience as trainer (education related e.g. teachers’ trainers) is must. Willingness to work under pressure; Sound knowledge on Early Grade Reading  Programme and tools, CSSF master plan and CSSF framework. Should have Good Knowledge on education development approaches, theory of change
