Trainee Support

Capital Market Technologies is seeking for few confident and inquisitive individuals to take the role of Trainee Support 

Overall responsibility:

• Provide support to software users
• Provide training to clients to use software products.
• Address customer concerns and issues regarding software operation.
• Troubleshoot minor problems  
• Document issues reported by clients.
• Coordinate with technical team for resolution of reported issues.

Requirements:

• Communication, Presentation, and Analytical Skills
• Must possess a valid driving license and vehicle (2 wheelers)
• Basic knowledge of accounting and stock market will be an added advantage.

Gross Salary: Up to 15k
