Key Tasks:
- Management of DIO (Nepal) Miscellaneous Accounts, across three stations in Nepal by controlling the receipt and issue of tools in accordance with a strict DIO (Nepal) Equipment Care Directive.
- Management of the DIO (Nepal) Demand Register including follow-ups.
- Demanding stores for 50 tradesmen, as they become unserviceable using appropriate process.
- Management of materiel stock levels across two of the three locations in Nepal, within defined max / min levels, using specialist business management software.
- Overseeing the issue of engineering stores for daily tasks to DIO (Nepal) staff.
- Managing the maintenance of expense cards and IV and RV record folders.
- Monitoring and controlling the Line Manager Monthly Stores Checks.
- Conducting quarterly stock checks of all DIO (Nepal) stores.
- Demand of electrical & plumbing store from Nepal & UK for stock replacement.
- Keep records of all credit, debit billing from local supplier.
- Managing & maintaining all demand record using correct procedure.
- Any other tasks as dictated by the Line Manager.
Success Profile:
Ideal candidate would have the relevant qualification and experience for stores management and possess the following behaviors and strengths to be functional and successful at the interview.

Desired experience:
- Served at least 2 years as a store person general and show the experience and ability to fulfill this role.
- have a good working knowledge of technical stores including stock maintenance and store accounting.
- Have a good command of written and spoken English and Nepali.
- Be familiar with all relevant Health & Safety at work matters relating to their area of responsibility.

Salary : NPR 48,594/MONTH

Duty Hours : 37HRS A WEEK
