Position: Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) 

Salary: No bar for deserving candidates  

Job Description

• Properly estimate and break down individual tasks and delegate properly.
• Maintain code quality for developed code using industry code metric tools.
• Develop required functionality and engineer solutions as per given specifications.
• Lead by example and provide mentoring to subordinates and fellow Jyaasians.
• Maintain positive and constructive working environment and help to keep high level of motivation for subordinates.

Job Specifications

• Must have philosophical understanding of Programming
• Must know the best practices and coding conventions of the organization
• Proper documentation skills. 
• Must be able to design/develop RESTful web APIs as needed
• Must have mastered Git
• Must understand the concept, philosophy and importance of TDD
• Experience with Search engines services like Elastic Search would be an added advantage
