Software Engineer (iOS)

Job Summary

Software Engineer (iOS) will be responsible for the development of highly competitive and innovative mobile applications for iOS devices including mobile phones and tablets.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and build high quality and scalable applications for the iOS platform.
• Modify and upgrade existing iOS applications according to requirements.
• Integrate iOS applications with back-end services. 
• Document codes using standard practices.
• Produce time estimates for assigned features and tasks.
• Study, analyze and debug iOS applications.
• Collaborate with project team to define, design and ship new features.
• Investigate and learn new technologies and APIs.
• Be informed about changes in guidelines and policies regarding development and deployment of iOS applications.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Engineering/Science or related field or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an iOS developer (at least 1+ years).
• Proficient with Objective-C and Swift.
• Experience working with iOS frameworks, third-party libraries and APIs.
• Ability to integrate with back-end services (RESTful APIs and Soap Services).
• Efficient with offline storage (Core Data, Realm), push notifications and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of popular design principles and guidelines.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
