Senior QA

We are looking for Senior QA.

Job Description:

• Create, maintain and improve manual and automated test plans, test cases and test suites to support various levels of testing using various types of testing tools.
• Perform regularly planned manual and automated tests that focus on; functional, performance, scalability, regression and reliability product testing that will certify the quality of clinical functionality, technical designs and product architecture.
• Participate in designing, developing and implementing automated builds and continuous integration processes during the product development and release process.
• Work proactively with team members to find and fix product defects using both manual and automated test methods.
• Create and maintain test coverage reports that are delivered on regular basis to management.
• Develop quality assurance standards and processes.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work
• Provide technical leadership to junior QA analysts.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Adhere to established software development processes.
• Resolve and troubleshoot problems and complex issues.
• Accept complete ownership of single/multiple product.
• Mentoring and monitoring team members

Job Specification:

• Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance (3+ years)
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience using Selenium Webdriver.
• Hands on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Hands on experience with automate testing tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six sigma
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Planning and organizing.
• Experience or knowledge on financial application is desired.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership and collaboration skills.
• BSc/BE in Computer Science or a related degree.
