Senior .Net Programmer and QA Engineer

Xylontech is a US-based startup company and is seeking few Senior Software Engineers – Web Applications to develop and Test/QA Engineers to test custom software applications for our Enterprise clients in the USA. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small, experienced and growing team.

Senior Software Engineer – Web Applications (.NET, C#, JavaScript) 

Positions: 3

Position Type: Full Time or Contract (at least a year)

Salary and Benefits: Negotiable.

• Salary revision at 3 months and at the end of the year.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design and Develop web based software applications under guidance from Principal Software Engineer and founder.
• Build User Interface based on specifications provided by UX
• Communicate with other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
• Produce high quality code with backing Unit Tests.
• Work in an Agile team that practices Scrum.

Basic Qualifications:

Competence in developing web application using Microsoft Stack (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET CORE and SQL Server) and popular front end JavaScript frameworks – (React, Angular, Vue etc.). 5 years or more experience that shows some progression. Good English Language Skills both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or closely related field (BE, BCA, BIM, BBIS). Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps. Experience working with Microsoft Azure or AWS or similar cloud environment. RESTful Web API. OpenAPI specification (previously Swagger). Performance monitoring using HP Loadrunner, Jmeter or similar framework. NoSQL database like MongoDB, CouchDB or Cassandra. JavaScript test frameworks like Jasmine, Karma etc.

QA Engineer

Positions: 1

Position Type: Full Time or Contract (at least a year)

Salary and Benefits: Negotiable.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

1. Communicate with other technical teams, and senior management to understand requirements and Create, Manage and Execute Test plans
2. Manual Functional Testing, Regression Testing and Integration testing of application
3. Work in an agile team that practices Scrum.

Basic Qualifications

Familiar with basic concepts of HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET. Basic Understanding of software QA process. Familiar with web based application development. Good English Language Skills both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or closely related field (BE, BCA, BIM, BBIS). Ability to write code in C#. Selenium Web Drivers. Performance Testing. Security Testing for top 10 OWSAP vulnerabilities. Automated Regression Tests. Build Verification Tests. Experience with Test management framework like HP ALM or similar.
