Education: Preferably Masters Degree

Experience: 2 years for Masters Degree or at Least 4 years for Bachelors Degree

JOB DESCRIPTION/ MAJOR DUTIES:

  • Responsible to drive area sales and profit plans to budget through successful leadership, organizational plans, customer service and outstanding execution of all field operation strategies, consistently over prescribed region.
  • Meets company’s sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; preparing cost center; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in the company; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising employees in coordination with Human Resources Department.
  • Managing, training and motivating team to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors and counter strategy to be laid upon.
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services in coordination with other line Managers.
  • Responsible for overall operation of the region  and work closely with the related agents
  • Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies along with sales target.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
