Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Duties:

• Maintain good business relationship with existing clients and acquire new clients to solicit business opportunities
• Responsible for price negotiation and internal cost control
• Develop sales strategies and business plans to optimize sales capacity and effectiveness
• Manage order processing and co-ordinate with internal departments to follow up manpower status and invoicing issues
• Build up annually sales plan for regular sales and manpower forecasts
• Develop marketing strategies worldwide and promotional materials

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Marketing or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience and experienced in security/cleaning /catering/construction industry is preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good numeric sense with analytical mind
• Good presentation and problem solving skills andmature
• Business trip is required upon business needs
• Immediate available is highly preferred
