Request for Applications (RFA) from local non-governmental organizations to transfer funds and provide technical support to Municipalities and Rural Municipalities for the implementation of Lymphatic Filariasis Mass Drug Administration (LF MDA)

ENVISION is an eight-year project funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) which provides assistance to national neglected tropical disease (NTD) control programs for the control and elimination of seven targeted NTDs: lymphatic filariasis, trachoma, onchocerciasis, schistosomiasis, and three soil-transmitted helminths (roundworm, hookworm, whipworm). ENVISION contributes to the global goal of reducing the burden of targeted NTDs so that they are no longer public health problems.

ENVISION is implemented by RTI International (please check our website at http://www.ntdenvision.org/where_we_work/southeast_asia/nepal for more information about the project) in partnership with CBM International, The Carter Center, Fred Hollows Foundation, Helen Keller International, IMA World Health, Light for the World, Sightsavers, and World Vision.

RTI is seeking a qualified non-governmental organization to transfer funds and provide technical support to municipalities and rural municipalities for the implementation of Lymphatic Filariasis Mass Drug Administration (LF MDA) in selected district’s municipalities of Nepal. RTI intends to award thirty-eight (38) fixed obligation grants (FOGs): one each for municipality. Details and instructions on how to apply can be found in the link below.

Qualification Criteria: Interested organizations should be legally registered in Nepal and have legal status to conduct activities throughout the country. Please refer link below for eligibility criteria.
