Job title: Restaurant Supervisor (1)

Salary: 17500 + service charge

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience in Hospitality sector as a Senior Captain or Junior Supervisor, BHM degree holders will be preferred.
• must be able to work in evening shift
• candidate with two wheeler will be preferred

Job Description:

• Able to handle bar and focus on more organizational operation to support the manager.
• Must be able to help captain and servers to exceed customer's expectation.
• Work as contact person at banquets and in restaurant area.
• Act as catering manager with involvement direct to F&B manager.
• Direct and supervise staff members to engage in daily operations.
• Assign posts and design duties.
• Manage all food service employees' call up shift.
• Must be able to work in evening shift.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 1 years of work experience in Hospitality sector as a senior waiter or Junior captain.
• Must be able to work in evening shift.
• Candidate owning two wheeler will be preferred.

Job Description:

• Able to handle floor and focus on more organizational operation to support the supervisor
• Must be able to help supervisor and servers to exceed customer's expectation.
• Work as contact person after supervisor at banquets and in restaurant area.
• Direct and supervise service staffs to engage in daily operations.
• must be able to work in evening shift
• Must be able to train service staffs and trainees in welcoming guests order taking, food delivery and bill presentation.
• Should be able to plan today's special with co-ordination to kitchen, bar and supervisor.
• Banqueting experience will be prioritized.
