Request for Proposals

Heifer Project International Nepal (HPIN) intends to hire Service Provider/consulting firm for the evaluationstudy on Earthquake Recovery: Helping Local Communities Rebuild Livelihoods in Nepal.

Heifer invites technical and financial proposal from Service Providers/ Consulting Firms having substantial experiences in baselines, evaluation and other formative research in the areas of humanitarian and development sectors with understanding of context after the earthquake. Further details are provided in the attached, Please CLICK HERE  for Term of reference(TOR)

The Service Provider/ Consulting Firm are requested to follow the proposal submission requirements mentioned in the TOR. Proposal will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

Please submit the proposal at: heifer.nepal@heifer.org by June 15, 2019  with subject line ‘Application for Evaluation Study’. 

Heifer reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms.
