Request for Proposal/Quotation

FHI 360 , an international non-governmental organization, requests for proposal/quotation from locally registered agencies to supply goods and provide services in the following areas:

1. Production of IEC materials, outreach & clinical forms, technical reports and other publications
2. Domestic courier service
3. International courier service
4. Media service
5. Office stationery
6. Domestic and international ticketing service
7. Medical, accident and vehicle insurance
8. Vehicle maintenance and servicing

Template to quote rates or guidelines to prepare proposal and list of supporting documents that need to be submitted along with the proposal/quotation can be requested through email to atamang@fhi360.org . Proposal/quotation are invited from interested agencies who have proven track record in the provision of above-mentioned goods and services in Nepal and are ready to enter into two-year agreement with FHI 360 Nepal.

Hard copy of the proposal/quotation along with specified supporting documents requested can be submitted in a sealed envelope through following mailing address:

Or,

Hand delivered to FHI 360 Nepal’s Country Office located in Anamika Galli, Baluwatar (Reception area, Ground floor)

The goods/services for which the proposal/quotation is being submitted should be clearly mentioned on the envelope. Deadline for submission of quotation is August 17, 2018,12:00 noon (in case of submission through mailing address, only sealed envelopes postmarked before the deadline date will be considered). Proposal/quotation received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.

FHI 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the proposals/quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
