REQUEST FOR APPLICATION (RFA)

from non-government organizations (NGOs) for HIV prevention, care, support and treatment for female sex workers (FSWs), clients of FSWs and other high-risk individuals in Dhanusha and Parsa districts in Nepal

FHI 360 , an international non-governmental organization, is seeking an application from locally registered NGOs or community-based organizations (CBOs) to work as an implementing partner agency (IA)for HIV prevention, care, support and treatment for FSWs, clients of FSWs and other high-risk individuals under the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Linkages Across the Continuum of HIV services for Key Populations Affected by HIV (LINKAGES) Nepal Project from October 2019 to September 2020. Please note that the funding is subject to availability and approval from the donor.

The IA is required to closely coordinate with Government of Nepal (GoN) , I/NGO s and other partners working in the field of HIV in the district and local level. Interested NGOs in the respective project district and/or currently operating in the respective project district are requested to submit an application based on the guidelines for the preparation of the application. The selection process involves the review of applications and an onsite organizational pre-appraisal of the shortlisted organizations. Guidelines for the preparation of application can be requested through email to nepal.eoi@fhi360.org or a hard copy can be collected from FHI 360 Nepal Country Office reception desk between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday).

Deadline for submission of Application is June 21, 2019, 5:00 p.m. (in case of submission through postal mailing address, only envelopes postmarked before the deadline date will be considered). Application received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
