Position: Regional Coordinator

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelors in any subject preferably Social Work, Humanities, Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field preferably in sector of women 

Other:

• Computer skill with both English and Nepali typing skills
• Presentation skills 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all project activities efforts in close collaboration with Program Officers
• Be responsible for necessary reporting requirement for project activities at field level
• Facilitate and co-ordinate all training activities that projects involve
• Be accountable for timely results of program activities at field level
• Reporting to management
• Work with team in rural level with the Core Leaders of two districts
• Frequent visits to the working communities of Tanahu and Lamjung districts
• Any other operational matters as directed by management

Note: Preference will be given to the local resident women from marginalized community.
