QA Developer

Smart Data Solutions (SDS) is a 17 year old United States - based corporation. We specialize in providing health care payers and networks with front-end medical claims processing services and EDI solutions. We are looking for few highly motivated, organized professional QA Developer in our Nepal office Software Development House Nepal (SDHN).

Job Specification:

• Detailed knowledge of software verification and validation processes and procedures
• Experience with the full-life cycle of test development for strategy and design through execution and defect tracking
• Experience with various levels of testing including Acceptance, System, Regression and Functional
• Manage issue tracking, technical documentation, and track automated test information, i.e. test inventory, test history, review tests, review test results

Must Have Skills:

• Experience testing web and back-end applications written in java
• Experience working with and developing test automation in a software platform consisting of Java
• Experience executing or developing and maintaining automated software tests with open-source and licensed tools (examples include Selenium, TestNG, Java and SOAPUI)
• Functional and system testing i.e "black box" and "white box" testing techniques
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
• Time Management and Professionalism

Educational Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with technologies listed in previous sections

Other Job Requirements:

• IT experience
• Availability to work nights and weekends if necessary
• Must be able to work on Holidays to take care of urgent tasks
• Must be able to travel to the United States if necessary
• Ability to work independently
