Palanta Rural Municipality of Kalikot has been implementing SABAL project: “Rooting out Poverty: Rights and Opportunities for women in Nepal (SABAL Programme)”  in technical support of KIRDARC Nepal which project was implemented by KIRDARC Nepal in the past and now RM has been going to continued  the program. Thus, RM Palanta invites applications from suitable Nepali candidates for the following full time position:

1.Project Coordinator (based in Palanta Kalikot with frequent field visits to project area) - 1

Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall management responsibility of programme, ensure timely and quality implementation as well as result of intervention, maintain coordination between KIRDARC and RM equally, provide technical as well as managerial support to field team, document and report, conduct field visits and facilitate trainings

Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Masters’ degree in social science (preferred with women empowerment and livelihoods promotion background), 2-3 years experiences in human rights based approach, women rights and women empowerment; livelihood diversification and economic empowerment in rural mountain settings
