Chandra Mukhi Club (CMC) is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) registered in Sunsari district and working in different community development sectors; community peace building, education and livelihood since 1999.CMC, a leading NGO in Sunsari district has been implementing Child Centered Community Development (CCCD) Programme in partnership with United Mission to Nepal (UMN) from last 6 years. CCCDP is nine years long programme designed to contribute for the overall development of Children, family and community. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS:

Contract type: Fixed Term (extendable up to project years based on annual performance) 

Duty Station: Barju Rural Municipality, Sunsari 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The core responsibilities for this post are project design, planning, effective implementation, donor reporting, staff management, monitoring and evaluation, networking and coordination with likeminded organization at the district etc. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES:

Qualification:

Bachelor degree in education or social science or rural development or any other relevant field. Candidates having master degree are preferred. 

Experiences and other:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in integrated child related project development, management and implementation
• Have capacity and competency to lead the integrated project
• Trained and experienced on child rights programming and mainstreaming 
• Good facilitation and training delivery skill
• Experience in rights based approach and having advocacy skill
• Good coordination, linkage and networking skill
• Have good team player skill
• Competency in computer based reporting in English
• Have learning attitude
• Have motorbike driving skill with license
