Heifer International Nepal (HPIN) is a non-profit, humanitarian organization dedicated to ending hunger and poverty and caring for earth by providing livestock, education, and other resources to help poor families become self-reliant. HPIN invites application from eligible Nepali citizens for the following position:

Program Officer - Strengthening Smallholder Farmer’s Organization  :(Required Nos. 2)

Major Roles and Responsibility:

The Program Officer-SSFO will provide support to technical, institutional, governance, financial management, and social capital development services and link them with appropriate market and buyer, public and private business development service providers.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Science, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Community Development, Sociology or a related field. Minimum three (3) years of experience with an international organization in a similar context.
