  • Installation / Troubleshoot / Implementation of Kaspersky Home/ Small Office Product & Business Product
  • Training & Consultant of Kaspersky Home/ Small Office Product & Business Product
  • Handling Support Tickets and Close Tickets
  • Provide support from Chat, TeamViewer/AnyDesk
  • Research and provide support of issues
  • Phone/ Mobile Call Handling of Customer
  • Field Support / On-Site Support Inside and Outside Kathmandu or Throughout the Nation
  • Reporting of All Call Logs, Support Tickets and Issues
  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reporting 
  • Get/Attend Training Webinar, Webcast or Youtube
  • Get/Attend Training Outside of Nepal / Abroad
  • Participate or Training in Cyber Security or IT Seminar or IT Expo

  • Identify top selling and in-trend products that appeals to the customer
  • Identify product gaps in the category and source new products to ensure the best products at best prices in the market
  • Brings new products available in the market by analyzing proposed product requirements 
  • Initiates and execute seasonal, promotional and sale campaigns and monitor the marketing efforts to ensure maximum visibility and sales
  • Ensures that the vendors are dispatching products on time and update the prices
  • Analyzes data to identify issues and areas for growth and work closely with vendors to improve performance
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Maintains product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels
  • Obtains product market by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.
  • Coordinates on products pricing.
