Detailed Job Description / Requirements:

Position Type: Contract

Experience: At least 5 years experience as Asst, Restaurant Manager or supervisor

Education: Graduate in Hotel Management or the equivalent.

Salary: Negotiable

Job requirement:

  • Responsible for day to day restaurant operation.
  • Effectively delegate jobs and responsibilities to restaurant staff.
  • Work with management personnel to set targets and incentives to increase turnover and profitability of the restaurants.
  • Review and monitor, with bookkeeper or other financial personnel, expenditures to ensure that they conform to budget limitation.
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
  • Organize and oversee regular trainings of all restaurant staff concerning menu, customer service, wine and drinks list.
  • Deal with customer complaints in keeping with the company’s customer service ethos and methods.
  • Manage staff disagreements, grievances and situations according to the company’s staff code of conduct, procedures and relevant policies.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventive maintenance programs.
  • Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
