Job Descriptions:

  • Oversees day-to-day business operations
  • Provides leadership at all levels of the organization
  • Defines and implement policies and performance standards
  • Assists HR with recruiting when necessary.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed
  • Assess departmental and company performance and devise plans for improvement
  • Oversees budgeting, reporting and planning
  • Works with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Researches new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
  • Designs strategy and set goals for growth
  • Controls budgets and optimize expenses

  • Experience in planning and budgeting
